My mission in each Leadership Training Session is to support teams to shift destructive, inefficient, self-serving business and social practices that negatively affect the bottom line… toward stewardship, collaboration, innovation, trust and synergy, which create a phenomenal amount of stability and also lead to greater business profit.
My programs are inspired by the cutting the edge tools of Strozzi Institute and Learning as Leadership. By directly addressing the physical, mental and emotional autopilot mechanisms that lead to ineffective action, my sessions support individual leaders and teams to:

- Increase congruency between actions & goals.
- Remain centered and calm in challenging conversations.
- Shift difficult interpersonal relationships into productive collaborations.

Qualifications and What I Don’t Do
It’s worth saying up front that I’m not your typical run of the mill facilitator… and that’s a good thing! If you weren’t looking for something different, you’d hire an internal staff member to do the work.
I am trained as a Social and Personality Psychology (BA, MA), certified Embodiment Coach (CSC) and a Facilitator of Cultural Diversity dialogs. I have been a student and practitioner of personal transformation for the past 12 years, working with people of all ages, cultures and creeds. I also have 6 action-packed years of experience working as an Executive Coach and 360 Feedback Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area, delivering over 500 hours of one-on-one coaching and team dialog facilitation during that time.
I am also a martial artist, dancer and Nia Technique instructor.
I do not claim to be expert at the content of your business. I trust that you already know how to do that part of the work. Instead of offering expertise in a single industry, I offer a deep understanding of human behavior and an insatiable curiosity about how that impacts the human dynamics in your unique context. My gifts are my keen observation skills and my ability to ask powerful questions. I have supported leaders and teams in this way with great success.
